Mixing Materials In The Kitchen
Mixing materials is a great way to put your own unique stamp on your new bespoke kitchen.
Alongside the painted kitchens on which we pride ourselves, we also offer our Shaker design in oak and walnut. As you can see in our kitchen image gallery
, these timbers look fantastic when paired with some of our painted cabinetry, and you can mix and match to your hearts content.
Dark timbers set aside neutral tones
bring a sophisticated yet modern look to a kitchen whilst giving it depth. We offer an almost endless selection of timbers that can be incorporated into your space through breakfast bars, butchers blocks, worktops and clever seating areas.
Alternatively, you might prefer to introduce a more vibrant splash of colour by incorporating a glass splashback
(which can again be produced in virtually any colour).
Worktops are another area in which mixing can be really effective, with an increasing number of our clients opting to mix the practical qualities of granite with sections of tactile, natural wood. Again, we have access to a huge range of options in this area, from stone and composites to recycled glass and our designers can offer expert advice about the one that is best for you.
Don’t hesitate to call us to discuss your project, or find your nearest showroom
to see some examples first-hand.
