We are open for business, and following the recent easing of lock-down restrictions we are progressing with plans to resume our full operation. These are:
We are making plans to reopen our showrooms in England as soon as the government allows taking into consideration their latest guidelines on hygiene, safe working practices and social distancing. Opening dates will be posted on this website in due course.
Our showrooms in Scotland and Wales will remain temporarily closed until further notice with teams continuing to work remotely.
We will be contacting all our customers in England to discuss recommencement of projects that were postponed as a result of the lock-down. As we resume projects, we will be taking all necessary measures to ensure the continued safety of our customers and teams.
In the meantime, all our lines of communication remain open, you can contact us via telephone or email during our normal operating hours. If you are looking for inspiration or ideas, you can still order a brochure, with the option to receive it by post or via download.
We have developed a virtual experience that will provide you with our full design process from the safety of your home. Our designers will work with your initial plans through our amended appointment service, ensuring your future kitchen is the exact space you desire. We are able to virtually deliver all of the space planning, furniture selection and design specifications required through a virtual experience that is fully aligned with our in store design process.
Our workshop is adhering strictly to safeguarding measures as recommended by Public Health England to protect our employees, contractors, customers and the community at large from the threat of COVID-19. This includes the delivery teams who will be wearing masks and gloves when delivering to customers, using hand sanitiser regularly and keeping 2 metres away from anyone who may be on site. Delivery paperwork has also been suspended.
Like all businesses we remain mindful of all our responsibilities during this period of uncertainty. Whilst the well-being of our staff, our customers and those with whom we work is, of course, the highest priority. We also recognise our responsibilities as an employer, to help protect jobs and the livelihoods of our team and all the suppliers who have supported us over many years. This is not possible without your support and we want to say thank you to all the customers who have supported Harvey Jones during this time.
