1. To enter as a “Qualifying Customer”, the customer must:
a) be a homeowner who is in the process of purchasing a kitchen for their own property and personal use;
b) between 01/09/24 and 30/9/24 book and attend a Discovery session (design appointment), in showroom in relation to the customer’s owned property;
c) be named on the booking appointment; and
d) must be following Harvey Jones on Instagram (@harveyjoneskitchens)
e) If the Qualifying Customer has completed their Discovery Session appointment booked via a branch walk-in, they may enter into the draw using this form.
f) The Competition is open to new customers only. Entries will not be counted for clients with existing/or previous Quotes or orders registered with Harvey Jones.
g) Only 1 person per address will be entered.
2. The Prize
a) The prize draw entry entitles the customer to one single entry per household into a random prize draw with one prize available and does not guarantee that the customer will win or receive a prize.
b) The winner of the prize draw will win a Harvey Jones kitchen up to the value of £25,000, subject to these terms and conditions. For clients that have not already placed a deposit, a deposit of 25% of the order value will need to be paid upon winning to secure production. If the final value of the kitchen delivered is less than the total of the prize (£25,000) and deposit, then a partial or full refund will be made at the point of final specification.
c) A winner will be chosen at random after the Competition has closed.
d) The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. No cash alternative is available for the prize, any unused amount of the prize, or any returned items.
e) The prize can be used in conjunction with any other offers.
f) The kitchen will be guaranteed for ten years as part of our standard terms of service.
g) The prize must be redeemed by 31 October 2024, and the delivery date for the kitchen must be no later than 30 April 2025.
3. Duration
a) The Competition will run from 9:00am on 1 September 2024 to 11:59pm on 30 September 2024 inclusive. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Winner Announcement
a) The Promoter will contact the winner of the Competition by telephone/email and/or on Instagram (using username provided at the time of entry) by Tuesday 8th
b) If the winner does not respond to Harvey Jones Home Limited within 5 days of being notified by Harvey Jones Home Limited, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Harvey Jones Home Limited shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Harvey Jones shall be entitled to select another winner.
5. Claiming the Prize
a) The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 5 days of being picked, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected at random in accordance with these rules.
b) If the winner does not pay their 25% deposit within 30 days of contact, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative entrant.
c) The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
6. Eligibility
a) Only those persons who are resident in the UK and aged 18 or over are eligible to enter this Competition. Any entry from a person under the age of 18 will be disqualified. The Promoter’s decision is final.
b) Employees of the Promoters, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent, subsidiary and/or affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are:
- Automatically generated by computer;
- Completed by third parties or in bulk
- Incomplete
d) The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify an entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
e) There is a limit of one entry per household. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.
f) The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

8. Publicity
a) The winner may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with them before taking place.
b) Entrants must agree to document their kitchen installation process, allow the Promoter reasonable access to take their own promotional material at the address of installation, provide before and after photos, as well as agree to have their content used on our social media channels and website once the installation is complete.
