Inspired by indoor-outdoor family living, our client was inspired to create a timeless, yet functional kitchen for their home. Their vision centred on a fusion of Scandi minimalism, country charm, and classic British design within an orangery setting, resulting in a seamless living space. A bold “Hopper” green island combined with antique brass accents, strikes a balance between contemporary and timeless aesthetics. Texture and tone variations, such as natural tiling and tongue and groove detailing, add depth and artisanal charm.

The L-shaped layout maximizes garden views, with a central island serving as a hub for dining and socialising. Customised storage solutions include a larder, plentiful drawers, and oak interiors for a welcoming feel.

Personal touches, like open shelving and carefully chosen lighting, blend materials, textures, and colours while maintaining a clutter-free workspace. These details enhance the overall ambience, showcasing the expertise of Harvey Jones and the client’s creative input.
