Set within a grand four-story Georgian property in Edinburgh, we adore the beautiful blush tones used in this Arbor kitchen providing a wonderful touch of femininity. This was our clients second Harvey Jones kitchen, and in this project, they wanted a transitional styled kitchen with timeless characteristics to complement the period features of their family home. The antique brass handles provide an aged charm and are a recurrent throughout this pleasant kitchen from the lighting fixtures and open shelving supports, all the way down to the traditional tap. Forming a grand centrepiece within this room, the rich Preference Red island confidently complements the colour scheme while providing crucial preparation space, integrated appliances and maximum storage with full-depth cupboards and drawers on both sides. We love the nod towards old-world charm in this kitchen, with a proud black AGA, low-level cabinetry, and open shelving illuminated often with natural light flowing through the balcony doors gently glimmering onto the delicate Calacutta Gold quartz surfaces and splashback.
