Their vision blended Scandi minimalism, country charm and classic British design within a bright orangery kitchen extension. Together, these influences created a seamless kitchen diner designed for modern family life.

A striking green kitchen island sits at the heart of the space, bringing personality and contrast to the soft, understated palette. Neutral outer cabinetry in Vanilla balances the bold island colour and keeps the design feeling calm and refined. Natural stone flooring, tongue and groove detailing and handcrafted cabinetry bring warmth and texture into the space. These layered finishes add artisanal character while enhancing the kitchen’s calm and timeless feel.

Natural light pours through the glazed orangery roof and full-height doors, filling the space with brightness throughout the day. An L-Shaped Orangery Kitchen Designed for Everyday Living

The carefully planned l-shaped kitchen with island layout maximises both functionality and garden views. Our contemporary Arbor cabinetry wraps around the perimeter of the orangery extension, which creates generous preparation space while keeping the room feeling open and social.

Positioned centrally, the green kitchen island acts as the natural hub of the home. It provides additional storage, integrated seating, power sockets and a relaxed place for dining, hosting and gathering as a family.

Topped with Aurora Calacatta Gold worktops, the design adds subtle movement and elegance while complementing the softer neutral tones.

The layout allows for clear movement throughout the room, helping the kitchen diner feel connected yet uncluttered. Large glazed doors and dark framed windows further enhance the sense of openness, creating a calm and airy luxury kitchen design.

Bespoke Storage with Hidden Functionality

As with all of our bespoke fitted kitchens, storage was carefully tailored around how the family uses the space day to day. A hidden pantry larder keeps smaller appliances and dry ingredients neatly organised behind closed doors, helping maintain the clean and understated appearance.

Deep drawers store crockery and kitchen essentials efficiently, keeping everyday items organised and easy to access. Larger cabinets hide bulkier household items neatly out of sight. Warm oak interiors create a welcoming contrast, in turn reinforcing the handcrafted quality of the cabinetry each time the family opens a drawer or cupboard.

Carefully Considered Materials and Details

Throughout this bespoke kitchen, every detail was selected to create balance between simplicity and character.

The splashback features Fez Chalk Wall Tiles, adding subtle texture behind the range cooker while adding to the room’s softer palette.

Antique brass hardware, Corston Milliner Handles and Bayswater knobs, introduces warmth and a refined finishing touch against the painted cabinetry. Open shelving helps break up the cabinetry while providing space for styling and everyday essentials, therefore adding to the relaxed feel of the room.
