Light Blue Shaker Kitchen
Trends are not always there to be followed. Sometimes a truly great design happens when inspiration meets personal taste, to create something totally unique. This Shaker kitchen has been designed as a bold take on an otherwise traditional set-up, with an artistic use of colour to bring the entire space to life and reflect the character of our clients.
Having a healthy balance of light and dark colours is key to the look and feel of the contrasting bespoke cabinetry. The pale blue cupboards blend perfectly with the neutral walls and granite worktops, whereas the bright blue island is a creative way of adding interest, depth, and further vibrancy to the room. When it comes to kitchen layout, the island seating and dedicated dining area maximise space and create a focal point for entertaining. Our clients home already had industrial influences with strong cast iron pillars, and they wanted to complement these through their selection of finishing details, by selecting bronzed stools and antique brass handles to achieve their overall effect. The result is a design that doesn’t adhere to one style, instead, it is marvellously unique to meet all our client’s desires.
