Harvey Jones welcomed House & Garden readers into the Divertimenti Cookery School for a ‘Festive Entertaining’ masterclass event on Wednesday 29th November.
We were joined by chef, TV presenter, author, and food campaigner Rachel Green. Rachel warmed us into the Christmas spirit with a selection of seasonal recipes to wow your guests through the weeks of entertaining. While enjoying the masterclass, guests were able to engage with Rachel and ask her for tips to perfect the classic winter dishes.
Demonstrating how to get the best from your kitchen and Miele appliances, Rachel prepared three canapes, followed by the main dishes which were brought together by the pièce de résistance, Panetonne Baked Alaska. To recreate the delicious dishes, visit our recipes blog.
As well as picking up Christmas recipes, food presentation ideas and top party hosting tips, there was an opportunity for guests to shop at Divertimenti to find the perfect pieces for their kitchen or dining table.
