Smooth Calacatta Extra worktops with bevel and downturn edges introduce sculptural detail. On the island, reeded Ca’ Pietra Zen tiles and open shelving add layers of texture. Everything sits on Ca’ Pietra Dorset White porcelain flooring, which ties the whole space together in soft tonal harmony.
Materials and Modern Shaker Details
This space combines both Shaker and Linear cabinetry, blending heritage design with a contemporary feel. Each zone is carefully planned: a dramatic appliance wall, a practical sink run, and a large island with built-in seating. The waterfall edges on the Calacatta Extra stone create a clean, luxurious frame.
To support relaxed cooking and hosting, the island features a bullnose Meteor worktop and a flush-fit hob. BORA appliances, including a built-in vacuum sealer, boost performance without disrupting the clean lines.
Handles by Hendel & Hendel in Rubbed Bronze and Dark Brushed Brass add subtle contrast and refined tactility. Their finish complements both the natural wood grain and the hand-painted cabinetry.
